Efficiency vs. Cost
The new Kimi K3 model, created by Chinese developers, is an open-source product. According to experts, it required only a third of the funds needed to develop similar American solutions. Despite its accessibility, the model does not lag behind Western counterparts in efficiency, making it extremely attractive to the global market.

Jensen Huang directly addressed US government concerns regarding possible "hidden loopholes" in Chinese software. He emphasized that downloaded models can be fully controlled, refined, and adapted to specific needs. In his opinion, instead of total bans, authorities should focus on rapid testing and ensuring open access to technologies.
Economic Incentive for Nvidia
Huang argued his position based on economic benefits. Cheap and open solutions do not harm the market; on the contrary, they stimulate demand for infrastructure.
