Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko made a troubling statement regarding the current situation in the Ukrainian capital in a recent interview with the French agency AFP. According to him, amid ongoing and intensifying Russian shelling of critical infrastructure, the city faces the question of physical survival in the upcoming winter period.
