First public statement since the scandal

Ukrainian actor and serviceman Kostyantyn Temlyak, who found himself at the center of a high-profile scandal over domestic violence allegations, has spoken publicly for the first time in a long while about the legal process involving his ex-girlfriend, photographer Anastasia Solovyova. He gave the comment in an interview with TSN Glamour, which was covered by the Styler publication. According to the actor, the issue has not yet been resolved, though he declined to disclose details, citing the fact that the case is in the legal field and being handled by his lawyers.

Temlyak recalled that after the scandal broke, he recorded a video message outlining his position and decided to leave the further clarification of circumstances to the legal sphere. 'Now this case is being resolved through legal channels, it is in progress. Therefore, I have lawyers who are handling this case, just as Ms. Solovyova has lawyers,' the actor stated. He did not specify whether the proceedings had moved to a court trial or report any new procedural decisions. According to Suspilne Culture, obtained in October 2026, the criminal proceedings are still at the pre-trial investigation stage. Representatives of Solovyova confirmed that the investigation continues to gather evidence and establish the circumstances of the stated episodes. Temlyak's lawyer, Lyubov Zubitskaya, in turn, stated that her client had not been served a notice of suspicion in the domestic violence case and added that the defense denies part of the allegations made against him.

Military service and personal changes

During the interview, Temlyak shared that military service has significantly changed his life. According to him, he has become less emotional and has started trusting people less. Currently, the actor serves in the 429th 'Achilles' Brigade, which performs combat tasks, including in the Kharkiv region. Temlyak attended the premiere of the Ukrainian film 'Good Thing Mom Doesn't Know,' where he appeared, thanks to a leave from military service. He explained that he wanted not so much to watch the film as to meet the people he worked with on its creation and remembered friends who starred in the picture but have since died.

Relationships after the scandal

The actor also commented on his relationship with actress Anastasia Nesterenko, whom he divorced after the scandal. According to him, they continue to communicate, although much less often than before. 'We are close people to each other, but of course, we no longer have such close communication,' he explained, adding that they agreed to support each other if necessary. 'We communicate less often than before. Simply because we are no longer a family. This is very sad, but it is a fact,' Temlyak admitted. When asked about new romantic relationships, he replied that he is not currently dating anyone.
