Residents and guests of the Ukrainian capital have been warned about important traffic restrictions introduced in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city. Traffic is partially restricted on one of the central and busiest transport hubs, European Square, for a period of three weeks starting from the current date.
This was officially reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration, citing data from the municipal corporation «Kyivavtodor». According to the published plans, road maintenance services are launching a large-scale set of works aimed at bringing the roadway into proper operational condition before the onset of the winter period.

As specified by relevant departments, temporary inconveniences for drivers will last exactly three weeks. During this time, specialists from the Road Operation Directorate for the repair and maintenance of roads and structures in the Shevchenkivskyi district will perform ongoing repairs to the worn-out road surface.
Municipal workers urge motorists to understand these temporary inconveniences and plan their routes in advance, taking the restrictions into account.
