Diplomatic background

Against the backdrop of ongoing strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure, tension remains on the diplomatic track as well. As noted in the materials, US President Donald Trump stated once again that it was Ukraine that wanted to reach an agreement with Russia. These statements reflect Washington's position on the negotiation process and do not change the actual picture of attacks on objects in Ukraine.
