Ukrainian blogger, actress, and humorous Reels creator Nata Dominska openly shared a story in an Instagram video that, according to her, became one of the most painful episodes of her personal life. On October 9, her partner went to a corporate party which, he assured her, employees were forbidden to attend with significant others. Dominska said that severe anxiety overwhelmed her that day: she couldn't eat, felt nauseous, and a bad feeling persisted. The man returned home in a state she described as "unprecedented" — so drunk that she had to help him undress, put him to bed, and plug his phone in to charge.
Notifications That Changed Everything
When the device turned on, notifications began to arrive. According to Dominska, the couple knew each other's passwords, but previously she had never violated her partner's privacy. This time, she admitted, her anxiety proved stronger. "And I go into the phone and just see this photo," the blogger emotionally recalled. In the screenshot she showed in the video, her boyfriend is posing in a photo booth with another girl: he is hugging her and kissing her head and neck. "I don't believe what I saw is just a friendly photo with a colleague," Dominska noted, emphasizing that by then she no longer needed additional proof.
Offer of Camera Footage and the "Devaluation" of Feelings
According to the blogger, her partner offered to provide security camera footage to confirm or refute her suspicions. However, she stated that by that moment it no longer mattered to her. The hardest part, she said, was not the photo itself, but the realization that she had invested significantly more into the relationship than her partner valued her. "Everything good I did, everything I gave, everything I gave a piece of myself simply to this person, it's all devalued," Dominska shared in the video. She emphasized that the feeling of devaluation of her own feelings became the main blow, rather than the specific incident with the photograph.
From "Victim State" to "Creator State"
Despite what she went through, Dominska stated that she views the incident as the beginning of personal changes. She expressed hope that this experience will help her become stronger, learn to understand herself better, and stop taking responsibility for "saving" other people. "I will become stronger, smarter, I will stop saving others and finally save myself," the blogger concluded. This rhetoric echoes her earlier public statements: in 2025, in an interview on the Nastya Komarida podcast, Dominska already shared a difficult relationship experience, including a story of an ex-partner's infidelity with her best friend, which she described as "karmic" and as a trigger for deep internal transformation — a transition from a "victim state" to a "creator state"
