OKKO filling station chain and Come Back Alive foundation have announced reaching another financial milestone under the fourth wave of their joint initiative 'EYE FOR AN EYE. Dronopad': the total volume of funds channeled into providing military units with anti-drone countermeasures has exceeded UAH 500 million. As stated by Vasyl Dmytriv, OKKO Vice President of Marketing and Development, 'half a billion hryvnias for the protection of Ukrainian skies is our shared result,' while expressing gratitude to drivers who refuel with PULLS fuel at the network's stations, thereby funding the project. The partners emphasize that the goal of the fourth wave is not merely a targeted procurement of equipment, but a comprehensive supply of units and the enhancement of technological solutions to counteract jet-powered strike drones.

Fourth Wave: From FPV Interceptors to Systemic Air Defense

The fourth 'EYE FOR AN EYE. Dronopad' initiative has been active since March 2025. Within its framework, OKKO and the Come Back Alive foundation supply military units with FPV interceptor drones and related equipment: vehicles, communications means, antennas, and signal boosters. According to Oleh Karpenko, Deputy Director of the foundation, with OKKO's support the project 'has traveled the path from targeted interception of reconnaissance drones to the systematic destruction of enemy strike UAVs.' Karpenko also noted that OKKO is one of the largest partners of the Dronopad project.

Countering Jet Drones: 80 New-Generation Interceptors

In October 2026, as part of the project, the military received 80 new-generation interceptor drones with a total value of UAH 13.6 million, purchased thanks to a donation from OKKO. According to foundation data, since September 2026 active procurements of test samples of interceptors from various manufacturers have been underway. The transferred devices will be tested in combat conditions to assess the effectiveness of various models and determine promising solutions that will later be refined and scaled. This reflects a strategic shift in the project: from combating classic FPV drones to countering high-speed jet-powered strike UAVs.

How to Join the Initiative

Any driver can join 'EYE FOR AN EYE. Dronopad': when refueling with PULLS fuel at OKKO stations, the company directs UAH 1 from each liter to the project. An alternative way to support is transferring bonuses in the Fishka application. Thus, the initiative is built on a mass micro-donation model, where every customer of the network becomes a co-financier of air defense.

Results of the Three Previous Waves and OKKO's Total Contribution

The 'EYE FOR AN EYE' initiative has been implemented since November 2022. Over the three completed waves, defenders of Ukraine received 25 SHARK reconnaissance systems with a total value of UAH 325 million, 600 units of small arms (grenade launchers, mortars, machine guns) worth UAH 400 million, and 10 special 'Pulstron' complexes for the Air Assault Forces. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, OKKO's cumulative contribution to supporting the Defense Forces of Ukraine and rebuilding the country has exceeded UAH 4.6 billion. The fourth wave, focused on the drone threat, became a logical continuation of this strategy under conditions where UAVs have turned into the main instrument of attacks on rear objects.
