On the night of July 22, Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) continued their large-scale campaign to strike the enemy's energy infrastructure. The main blow was delivered to Crimea, where key nodes of the power grid were knocked out as a result of the attacks.
Scale of the Operation
Robert Brovdi, the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, known by the callsign "Madyar," confirmed on his Facebook account the successful completion of another stage of the operation. According to him, between July 21 and 22, another 13 energy nodes on temporarily occupied territories were struck.
The overall result of the operation, which has lasted from July 1 to July 22, is impressive: drone operators destroyed or disabled 117 energy targets. This demonstrates a systematic approach to destroying the logistics and life support of the occupation regime.
Targets in Crimea
The overwhelming majority of attacks in recent days have been concentrated on the peninsula. In particular, USF operators struck 110 kV substations. The results of the strikes, including the consequences for the infrastructure, were published as video materials on social media.
These attacks continued the successful "Crimea Switch off" operation, which was intensified on July 20. At that time, according to "Madyar," another 19 Russian energy facilities on occupied territories were struck.
Success Statistics
Since the beginning of July, the USF has demonstrated high effectiveness, striking 83 energy nodes deep within the enemy's operational area. Only between July 16 and 18, 12 facilities were destroyed. Constant pressure on the enemy's power system creates serious problems for its functioning and logistics.
