Ukrainian singer Pavlo Zibrov, in an interview with Alina Dorotiuk published by the entertainment project Styler (RBC-Ukraine), spoke candidly about the financial side of his life. The artist explained what his monthly budget consists of: from basic household needs of the family to expensive music production, music videos, and stage images. According to him, maintaining a recognizable image and creative form requires constant and substantial investments, which he calls an «abyss».
Household Expenses: 50–70 Thousand Hryvnias per Month
Zibrov separately highlighted the expense category for the family's daily needs. According to him, gas, water, food, and «the most elementary things» take from 50 to 70 thousand hryvnias every month. The singer emphasized that this is only the basic part of the budget necessary to maintain the house and the family's needs, and that even such «ordinary» household expenses make up a considerable amount for his family.
Creative Project Budget: From 5 to 10 Thousand Dollars
A separate and significantly more expensive category is the artist's professional activity. Creating new songs, purchasing lyrics and music, orchestration, studio work, and shooting music videos require, according to Zibrov, «incredible money». He explained that the cost of a single creative project can reach 5 thousand dollars, and in some cases — 10 thousand dollars. Maintaining a musical band and preparing new works, by his estimate, requires a budget incomparable to household expenses.
Stage Costumes as Designer Work
An equally costly part of the singer's profession is stage clothing. Zibrov noted that concert costumes are not mass-market items, but individual designer works: from blouses to furs, which complement his recognizable image. According to the artist, his wife Maryna oversees the selection and maintenance of his wardrobe. That is why, the singer summarized, «huge money» goes into producing and maintaining his image, while he continues to work to stay in shape and delight fans with performances.
Management and Daughter's Work
In the same interview, Zibrov spoke about financial agreements with his daughter Diana, who officially works as his manager. According to the artist, they started cooperating about 7–8 years ago when she was graduating from the Institute of International Relations, and his wife Maryna suggested she try herself in show business. The daughter receives 20% of the income, including through attracting advertising integrations that eventually increase the father's earnings. Zibrov called their relationship «very friendly» and emphasized that he is proud of his daughter's work.
Context: The Artist's Pension
Earlier, Pavlo Zibrov was also featured in the media talking about his pension, noting that its amount is far from the expectations he once counted on. In different years he named different amounts: in 2024 interviews featured payments of 7500–8300 hryvnias, and in March 2025 — about 8500 hryvnias. The artist explained that work experience and contributions to the Pension Fund affect the pension amount, and drew attention that honorary titles by themselves do not guarantee high payments.
