The Ukrainian fuel market has seen a pause in the price war. As of July 15, major gas station networks are maintaining the prices of petrol, diesel, and autogas at previous levels. Car owners can breathe a sigh of relief: there are currently no sharp price spikes.

However, even with price stability, the difference between networks remains noticeable. For most passenger cars, the average fuel tank capacity is 50 liters. It is on this volume that RBC-Ukraine experts decided to compare the cost of a full tank of the most popular A-95 petrol and autogas.

The math of refueling: where is it more profitable?

Price analysis shows that the choice of gas station network directly affects the family budget. The price gap between premium networks and the state company "Ukrnafta" can reach significant amounts.

If comparing refueling with petrol at premium networks (such as OKKO, WOG, SOCAR) with prices at "Ukrnafta", the difference is about 250 UAH for every 50 liters. For a driver who refuels regularly, this is a significant amount that could be spent on other needs.

Thus, even in conditions of price stability, saving money remains a relevant task. Drivers should carefully monitor current price lists to choose the most profitable option for their trip.
