LLC “Legal Bureau “Prioritas,” which the Commission for Determining the Manager of Complex Assets under ARMA designated as the winner of the selection procedure for the manager of the seized corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group on September 21, 2026, intends to begin its work immediately. He joined “Prioritas” with more than 14 years of management experience in the production of drinking water and non-alcoholic beverages; in different years he headed the board and served as general director of the Kyiv Non-Alcoholic Beverage Plant “Rosinka.” In the new team he is responsible for business strategy, the development of product lines, and the preparation of decisions on the technological modernization of production. His colleague Zhanna Yefremova, according to Herman, has many years of experience in corporate law and asset management. The manager is convinced that the combination of legal competence with practical industry experience allows building a transparent and efficient management model.
Position on a possible international lawsuit
In response to a question about a possible international court case on a claim against Ukraine, Herman stated that it will not affect the manager’s plans, since the question of ownership of the asset is not within his competence.
