Vladimir Putin once again publicly commented on the course of systematic attacks on Ukrainian territory, stating that they are "effective and timely" and also help Russian military forces carry out their tasks directly on the line of combat confrontation. According to the Kremlin leader, massive strikes on critical and civilian infrastructure allegedly have a direct impact on the situation at the front and facilitate the actions of occupying forces at the front line.

Russian forces regularly carry out massive combined strikes on Ukrainian territory, employing attack drones, cruise and ballistic missiles. The aggressor's main targets remain the energy and critical infrastructure, as well as civilian facilities in various regions of the country. Thus, what Moscow calls tactical effectiveness, Kyiv classifies as deliberate terror against civilians and an attempt to break public resistance through the destruction of the energy system.

At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to carry out counter-strikes on targets on the territory of the aggressor country.
