On the evening of Saturday, November 7, 2026, scheduled technical maintenance will be carried out in the state application 'Reserv+'. This is reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. According to the agency, infrastructure maintenance is scheduled from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, during which users may experience slower loading and updating of electronic military registration documents, as well as delays in the operation of other application services.

What Will Happen in the App

According to the Ministry of Defense's explanation, during the three-hour maintenance window, electronic military registration documents in 'Reserv+' may take longer to load or update. Temporary disruptions may also occur in the functioning of related platform services. The agency emphasizes that this is a planned measure, not a security breach, and after 11:00 PM, all application services are expected to return to normal operation.

How to Save the Document in Advance

The Ministry of Defense recommends that anyone who might need their electronic document in the evening download it before the maintenance begins. You can save the file directly on your phone within the app: on the main screen, tap the '+' button and select 'Download PDF'. This will protect users from being unable to access their documents promptly during the maintenance period.

What to Do If the Update Fails

If the document does not update during the maintenance work, the agency advises against panicking, logging out, or re-authenticating — this will not speed up the process and may only complicate the session. Instead, users are advised to simply try again later once the work is completed and services return to normal operation.

Context: Automatic Extension of Deferrals

The reminder about technical maintenance comes against the backdrop of recent changes to the procedure for obtaining mobilization deferrals. RBC-Ukraine previously reported that Ukraine has introduced automatic extension of deferrals for 22 categories of citizens: the majority of active deferrals (over 90%) are to be updated without re-applying or submitting documents, and the new validity period can be viewed in the 'Reserv+' app. Meanwhile, the grounds for a deferral can be changed through a ASC (TsNAP) by providing documents confirming the new circumstances; the previously issued deferral remains valid until the TCC and SP commission reviews the new application and makes a corresponding decision.
