From July 18 to 22, users of the "Reserv+" mobile application will face temporary service limitations. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has warned about extensive technical maintenance during which access to digital functions may be completely blocked.

How to prepare for the outage

Although the main technical work is planned for nighttime hours, the ministry strongly advises citizens not to rely on online access during these days. The official instruction from the Ministry of Defense is extremely simple: it is necessary to save a paper or electronic copy of the military ID card in advance.

To create a backup copy, users only need to perform a few actions right now:

  • Go to the main screen of the "Reserv+" application;
  • Press the "+" button;
  • Select the "Download PDF" option.

The downloaded file will serve as a temporary substitute for the digital document during the system downtime.

Consequences and context

In the past, similar technical pauses have already led to the suspension of certain services, particularly those requiring data verification through external state registries (for example, disability confirmation). After the completion of the work scheduled for July 22, all functions will return to normal mode.

This step takes place against the backdrop of ongoing changes in the mobilization system. In particular, the authorities continue to clarify procedures for exemption from conscription, as well as introduce deferments for military personnel with old three-year contracts. At the same time, experts note that even the presence of paid fines in the system does not always guarantee the absence of problems with military commissariats.
