During a large-scale offensive operation codenamed "Vivaldi," the Third Army Corps demonstrated a fundamentally new approach to combat operations. Ukrainian servicemen successfully deployed upgraded ground-based robotic systems (GRS) equipped with grenade launchers, which attacked entrenched enemy positions without the direct involvement of frontline infantry.

Innovative Tactics of the "NC13" Unit

According to official sources from the Third Army Corps, a key role in this operation was played by the specialized "NC13" strike GRS unit. Engineers and soldiers of the unit upgraded ground-based kamikaze drones by integrating two Bullspike rocket-propelled grenade launchers into their design. The resulting combat vehicles were sent directly to enemy strongpoints to carry out next-generation assault operations.

Remote Control and Psychological Impact

According to representatives of the Ukrainian command, the robotic systems were operated by personnel from safe shelters located dozens of kilometers away from the direct combat zone. Enemy units perceived the approach and fire of the robots as actions by a full-fledged assault infantry group. In addition to firepower and subsequent detonation inside shelters, the GRS exerted powerful psychological pressure on the enemy, disorienting them at a critical moment.

Development of Robotic Systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

It is worth noting that over the past few months, the Third Army Corps has been systematically developing and implementing the tactics of using ground platforms in the enemy's rear and frontline areas. Earlier, the military successfully tested the technology of air-dropping such systems from "Grifon" heavy strike bombers, after which they began actively using drones to strike logistics routes, shelters, and enemy manpower at a distance of up to 15 kilometers.
