New strike on Kyiv region
The Brovary district of the Kyiv region became the target of an attack by Russian unmanned aerial vehicles. This is reported by RBC-Ukraine citing the Kyiv Regional Military Administration. The incident occurred during ongoing air raids on the region.
Casualties and consequences
According to military authorities, one person was injured as a result of the shelling. The man suffered a shrapnel wound to his leg. Medical personnel are already providing him with necessary assistance. The situation at the scene is under control, but the threat remains.
Scale of attack on Ukraine
This is not an isolated incident in the last 24 hours. In the morning of July 31, Russian forces carried out another air raid on the Kyiv region, during which residential buildings and vehicles were damaged. In total, during the night of July 31, Russia launched 255 strike drones at various regions of Ukraine. Air defense forces shot down and suppressed 195 of them.
Warning for the population
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration urges residents not to ignore air raid sirens and to immediately take shelter in safe places. In the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, a fire broke out on the grass cover due to falling drone debris — yet another reminder of the real threat faced by civilians.
