In the night of August 2, a repeat attack occurred on the infrastructure of the online hypermarket ROZETKA in Brovary, Kyiv region. Russian "Shahed" drones struck the company's largest warehouse, which had already been shelled earlier that morning.
Targeted strike on logistics
According to the company's press service, two drones hit the warehouse building. ROZETKA representatives emphasized that this is not a random event, but a second attack on the facility within 24 hours. "This is definitely not a coincidence, but a targeted strike," the company stated.
Despite the extensive damage to the building and ongoing firefighting operations, the hypermarket's logistics network continues to function. The company confirmed that it is operating on a standard schedule, minimizing the impact of the incident on product deliveries.
Consequences of the morning attack
This incident is the second in as many days. On the morning of August 1, Russian forces had already attacked the warehouse premises on the outskirts of Brovary. As a result of the first strike, one person was killed. Seven others were hospitalized, with one in critical condition.
At the time of the morning attack, 270 people were inside the warehouse premises. Fortunately, mass casualties were avoided, but the incident drew attention to the vulnerability of industrial facilities in the suburbs of Kyiv.

The night image from the scene shows extensive destruction and the work of fire crews. Bright flames are bursting from the windows of the damaged building, while plumes of smoke rise high into the sky. Firefighters are using aerial ladders and powerful streams of water to localize the fire and prevent it from spreading to adjacent sections of the warehouse.
