The artist's choice fell on the residential complex The Floridian Condo, located on the coast. The apartment that passed into Lazarev's ownership is located on the 10th floor of the building. The total area of the apartment is 106.6 square meters. The layout includes two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious living room, combined with the kitchen area, occupies the central place. An important advantage of the apartment is the presence of a balcony offering a view of Biscayne Bay.
