A serious incident occurred on the front line in the Kharkiv region. Fighters of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS) liquidated seven small Russian assault groups. The enemy attempted to advance deep into the territory near the village of Artylne, but encountered organized resistance.
Details of the rapid response operation
According to the department, the strikes against the enemy were carried out by fighters of the Rapid Response Border Command of the 4th Border Detachment. The battle unfolded in the North-Sloboda direction, where Russian units attempted to force the defense line. Thanks to the operational actions of Ukrainian border guards, the breakthrough attempt was stopped at the initial stage.
Material losses of the enemy
In addition to the destruction of personnel, border guards recorded significant losses in equipment and infrastructure on the enemy side. During the battle, three vehicles were disabled, which Russian troops used to transport personnel and logistical resources. Three shelters that the enemy used for camouflage and protection of their positions were also destroyed.
These data confirm the high efficiency of rapid response units in complex tactical conditions. Events in the area of the village of Artylne demonstrate that control over border areas remains a priority for the Ukrainian side.
