On the night of August 4, 2026, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a series of strikes on strategically important enemy targets. The attacks targeted military logistics hubs, administrative points, and infrastructure facilities located both on occupied territories and deep within Russian territory.

Strikes on bridges and an FSB facility

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Defense Force units struck a temporary deployment site of an FSB unit in the village of Shchaslyve in the Kherson region. This facility was used by Russian occupiers to coordinate operations in the border region.

Special attention was paid to the destruction of transport infrastructure. Ukrainian defenders struck a road bridge over the Seym River near the village of Zvany in the Kursk region of Russia. A railway bridge over the Molochna River in the Svyatohirsk area of the Zaporizhzhia region was also hit.

According to military data, both bridges were actively used by the enemy to transport personnel and military equipment. Their destruction has seriously hampered the logistics of Russian troops in the frontline zone.

Attack on Wildberries warehouses in the Moscow region

Parallel to the strikes on military targets, Defense Force drones attacked logistics centers of the Wildberries company in the Moscow region. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out in the warehouse facilities, which was recorded by witnesses and captured on video.

This incident is another example of how Ukrainian drones are capable of reaching targets deep in the enemy rear, causing damage not only to military but also to civilian infrastructure related to the turnover of goods.

Strike on an oil refinery

Recall that earlier, the Ukrainian Defense Forces had already struck one of the largest oil refineries in Russia, located 800 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. This confirms the ability of the Ukrainian side to conduct operations at a significant distance from the front line.

The General Staff emphasized that such actions will continue systematically. "The Ukrainian Defense Forces will continue to systematically carry out measures aimed at stopping the armed aggression of the Russian Federation," the ministry stated.

These strikes demonstrate the growing effectiveness of Ukrainian operations to destroy the enemy's rear infrastructure, which directly affects its ability to conduct combat operations at the front.
