Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a series of precision strikes on strategically important enemy objects in the night of July 27. Operations were conducted both in temporarily occupied territories and in the deep rear of the aggressor. This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Fire at the Export Terminal in Rostov

One of the key results of the night operation was the strike on the export terminal in Rostov-on-Don. According to Ukrainian intelligence, a fire broke out at the facility, indicating the high effectiveness of the strike. The attack on infrastructure in the enemy's rear is aimed at disrupting logistical chains and inflicting economic damage.

Destroying Drone Control Systems

An important tactical achievement was the destruction of a ground repeater for controlling unmanned aerial vehicles in the Zalizny Port area (Kherson region). This device allowed Russian military personnel to significantly increase the range and quality of communication with strike drones of the 'Geran' and 'Gerbera' types. The elimination of this communication node hinders the coordination of enemy air attacks.

It should be noted that this is not an isolated incident. On the night of July 26, Ukrainian units had already struck a similar repeater in the Chornomorsk area.

Destroying Logistics Hubs in the South

Ukrainian defenders also struck a road bridge over the Henichesk Strait in the Kherson region. This crossing was actively used by occupiers to transport military equipment and cargo in the southern direction. The destruction of the bridge creates serious obstacles for the enemy's logistics.

Strikes on Warehouses and Repair Bases

During the operation, material and technical support facilities were attacked in various regions:

  • Repair unit of the Russian Armed Forces in the city of Kadiivka;
  • Fuel and lubricants warehouse in the village of Semeikino (Luhansk region);
  • Material and technical support warehouse in Perevalne (temporarily occupied Crimea).

The day before, on July 26, one of the targets was the 'Chornomornaftogaz' facility in the Vnukovo area on the territory of Crimea.

Position of the General Staff

In the statement of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the systematic nature of the conducted operations is emphasized. 'The Ukrainian Defense Forces will continue to systematically carry out measures aimed at stopping the armed aggression of the Russian Federation,' the document states. The military command continues to strike at critical infrastructure and rear nodes of the enemy, striving to deprive it of resources for conducting hostilities.
