The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is in the final stage of preparing a large-scale reform of the mobilization system and Territorial Recruitment and Mobilization Centers (TCC). "I think we still need time, because again, some things will depend not only on the Ministry of Defense, but also on the vision of other departments," she noted. The department is already actively dialoguing with the government on specific problematic issues, which allows us to speak of an "adequate horizon" for the implementation of the project. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously explained the appointment of Igor Klymenko as Minister of Defense as a necessity to regulate mobilization issues and the work of TCCs.
