Technical issues have arisen with the official website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA). Users are unable to access the portal's homepage, although officials assure that the testing process has not been halted.

Technical outage and specialist response

Representatives of UCEQA have confirmed the temporary unavailability of the resource. According to them, the cause is a technical glitch, which specialists are currently working to resolve. The department intends to restore full website functionality as soon as possible.

It is important to note that technical issues on the portal do not affect the conduct of the National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT). "All assessments are proceeding in the standard mode," the center emphasized. This means that testing at test centers continues without delays or interruptions.

How to access your personal cabinet

For NMT participants who urgently need access to their personal data, a workaround has been provided. Instead of going through the main website page, applicants are advised to use the direct link to the authorization service. This allows users to log in to their personal cabinet even when the main portal is down.

UCEQA has apologized for the temporary inconvenience and thanked the applicants for their understanding of the situation.

Context: main session results and additional tests

The outage occurred against the backdrop of the active phase of university admissions. The main NMT-2026 session, which took place from May 20 to June 25, concluded with a failure rate of 14.83%. This is 1.32 percentage points higher than last year.

Head of UCEQA Tetyana Vakulenko linked the increase in failed attempts not to the difficulty of the tests, but to objective factors: the aftermath of the pandemic, the impact of the full-scale war, the long period of remote learning, as well as regular air raids and blackouts.

Currently, additional NMT sessions are underway in the country, starting on July 17. They are intended for those who were unable to take the test during the main period for valid reasons or could not complete the procedure due to circumstances beyond their control. The official results of these sessions, calculated on a 100–200 point scale, should be published in the participants' personal cabinets by July 29.
