The Ukrainian serial market is reaching the peak of the autumn 2026 season. TV channels have simultaneously announced several major projects: from long-awaited continuations of cult stories to entirely new gripping dramas, detective series, and comedies. As of 8 September 2026, some premieres have already taken place or are scheduled for the coming days, while exact launch dates for a number of projects have yet to be revealed. Below is an overview of the key titles that, according to the publication Styler, will form the backbone of the autumn broadcast schedule.
Spionage Intrigue and Mysticism: The Season Kicks Off
The season was effectively opened by the four-episode detective series «ДВРЗ проти шпигуна» on ICTV2, whose premiere took place on 7 September 2026. Serhiy Bondar and Pyotr Dzyuba returned to the screen: their routine work at the DVRS (State Border Service) turns into an international investigation after the mysterious disappearance of a British diplomat. The heroes must unravel a spy network full of doppelgangers and double-crosses. Among the new characters are British bodyguard Kate (Kateryna Varchenko) and Colonel Varvara Kono (Nadiya Khilska). In parallel, on 11 September 2026 at 18:00, a new season of «Сліпа» (The Blind Woman) will launch on STB — a project based on real stories about premonitions and folk omens, in which a blind seer helps ordinary people look at their problems from a different angle.
Rescuers and Love: The Second Season of «Кохання та полум'я»
At the heart of the second season of «Кохання та полум'я» (Love and Flames) will once again be the rescuers who risk their lives daily for others. The main storyline will be the continuation of Taras and Katya's story — one of the central plotlines of the first season. Antonina Hyzhnyak, Victoria Lytvynenko, Mykhailo Dzyuba, and Nadiya Khilska have joined the cast. The second season will air on STB in autumn 2026, although the channel has not yet announced an exact premiere date.
Senkovka Returns: The Seventh Season of «Будиночок на щастя»
The seventh season of «Будиночок на щастя» (Little House of Happiness) will once again immerse viewers in the lives of the residents of Senkovka. Maks will try to balance family life with developing his second business, while Vasyl will decide to change radically and build a career at a sawmill — ambitions that will put a strain on his relationship with Lyubava. Yaroslav Fedorchuk, Maria Stopnyk, and Yulia Buynovska will appear in the new season. The premiere is scheduled for 5 October 2026 at 19:00 daily from Monday to Thursday on the Nova channel.
Road Adventures and Criminal Forensics
The second season of «АТП: Перевізники» (ATP: The Drivers) on ICTV2 will bring back the driver-partners Artem Horbal and Semion Zozulya to the roads. In addition to saving the «Rapid» ATP and romantic ups and downs, the heroes will have to face a new rival — truck driver Yulia, while director Halyna's story will continue through her relationship with a mysterious Spaniard. The exact premiere date in autumn 2026 is not yet known. At the same time, the sixth season of «К.О.Д.» on STB will once again gather the team of criminal investigators around the most complex cases; the cast will remain unchanged, and the launch date also remains undetermined.
The Return of the Cult: A Film Based on «Київ вдень та вночі» and «Перших ластівок»
The most notable event of late autumn will be a feature film based on the serial «Київ вдень та вночі» (Kyiv by Day and by Night) (Nova channel, 2016–2019). The creators have abandoned a simple reproduction of the old format: the plot centers on a journey, and the genre is described as a comedy and a youth road movie showing how the familiar characters have changed over the years. On screen — Bohdan Sheludyak, Pavlo Serhiyenko, Victoria Maremukha, Oleg Mashkovskyi, Albina Pererva, Oksana Avraam, and Karina Avakumova. The premiere is scheduled for 5 November 2026. And at the beginning of next year, viewers can look forward to the third season of «Перших ластівок» (The First Swallows) — a direct continuation of the first part with the return of the original cast; the events will unfold eight years after the finale of the first season, when the grown-up Katya, Fedyo, Nik, Dan, and Lera will once again confront the past.
