On July 16, stable and comfortable weather will prevail in Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, most of the country will be covered by variable cloudiness without precipitation. Only in certain regions do meteorologists forecast brief showers and thunderstorms.
Where precipitation is possible
Despite the general trend towards sunny weather, meteorologists warn of local exceptions. In the Zakarpattia region, in the mountainous areas of the Carpathians, as well as in the southeast of the country, brief showers accompanied by thunderstorms are possible during the day. Precipitation is not expected in the rest of Ukraine.
Temperature regime and wind
The wind will blow predominantly from the northwest, but this will not prevent the air temperature from rising to comfortable levels. Pleasant warmth is expected throughout the country, conducive to active outdoor recreation.
Forecast for Kyiv
Residents of the capital will also be able to enjoy good weather. Variable cloudiness is forecast for Kyiv and the Kyiv region, with no precipitation expected. These are ideal conditions for walks along the embankments and parks, where, as seen in the photo, cycling enthusiasts and people relaxing by the water can already be found.
Earlier, meteorologists from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center described what July could be like in general. The current forecast for today confirms that the weather remains stable and generally favorable for most regions.
