On July 15, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a series of important meetings with key figures in the military department before the start of the 'Servant of the People' party faction meeting. The head of state focused on issues of interaction between the army and the Ministry of Defense, as well as the critically important task of securing the airspace.

Priority — Unity of Vision

In a conversation with RBC-Ukraine journalists, Zelensky confirmed that on this day he met with Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov. The country's leader emphasized that complete unity between political leadership and military structures is necessary to effectively fight the enemy.

"The great strength of Ukraine is unity. I must have one vision with the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the president stated. He noted that all these issues must be resolved in the shortest possible time to ensure the coordinated work of all departments.

Key Tasks: TCC and the Sky

Among the main topics of discussion were problems related to the work of Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC), as well as issues of protecting the country's airspace. Zelensky called these directions an absolute priority for the state.

"And regarding this, I will also have talks today with the leadership of our army, as well as with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. All this will happen before the faction meetings," the president explained, describing his busy schedule for the day.

DMC and the Goal of the War

Separate attention was paid by the head of state to the Defense Industry Complex (DMC). Zelensky emphasized that Ukrainian industry must work in a single direction, without any politics, to supply the army with necessary means of protection as quickly as possible.

"We really need to move quickly in one direction... In the direction of forcing Russia to end the war, at least to cease fire," Volodymyr Zelensky summarized, outlining the strategic goal of the state's current efforts.
