Ukraine's Ministry of Agrarian Policy: Damage from Russian Attacks on Warehouses Cannot Be Split 50/50
Minister of Agrarian Policy Taras Vysotsky stated that losses from the destruction of warehouses as a result of Russian attacks should be allocated between producers and retailers on an individual basis, rather than by a single formula. A system of insurance against military risks was named the long-term solution.
