Jurassic Beer: Divers Recover 1864 Guinness Bottle from the Ocean Floor
🍺 Sensation at the bottom of the English Channel! Divers raised a 1864 Guinness bottle from a sunken ship. 🇬🇧🇮🇪
🔬 Scientists named the project "Jurassic Beer": they plan to clone ancient yeast to recreate the taste of the 19th century.
🤿 The bottle was preserved thanks to a "hydraulic lock" under water pressure. The diver may be allowed to take the first sip, but only after testing for toxins.
