#Bookstores

A wave of closures in Kyiv is sweeping restaurants, cafes, bars, and bookstores: chains are cutting locations, some establishments are taking winter breaks, and Readeat bookstores have ceased operations ahead of schedule.

A Russian strike on October 27 on the BFC publishing house warehouse damaged the building and caused fires; about 300,000 books were stored there. The release of novelties on November 5 is under threat, and some editions will be available only online.
