NSDC Secretary Ihor Klymenko has commented for the first time on his name appearing in NABU's 'Carthage' case tapes, stating that the leader of the 'Khimprom' group threatened to orchestrate a political crisis and launch a fake campaign against officials.

The HACC has ordered detention with a bail option of 15 million hryvnias for the first deputy head of the National Police DSI, Volodymyr Tsenov, a figure in the 'Carthage' case.
