Coroner names cause of Hayden Panettiere's death: toxic effect of fentanyl and other substances
The Greenville County Coroner's Office has officially named the toxic effect of fentanyl and a number of other drugs as the cause of Hayden Panettiere's death. The 36-year-old actress's death has been ruled an accident.
