Northern Bridge in Kyiv Partially Open to Traffic: Restrictions in Place Following Shelling
Following a technical inspection, the Northern Bridge in Kyiv was partially opened to traffic on November 8: one lane from the left to the right bank for public transport, and two lanes from the right to the left bank. Bus traffic has resumed.
