Ukraine's Ministry of Health clarified that e-prescriptions and e-referrals in the e-Health System can be used without a smartphone: either via SMS to a regular phone or via document-based authentication during a doctor's visit.

Ukraine's Ministry of Health has listed medical services available entirely in digital form: choosing a doctor, e-prescription, electronic sick leave, and the eMalyatko service. Paper documents and queues have been eliminated from these processes.
