Attorney Olga Khomich explained that a pensioner in Ukraine can receive a payment covering six months in advance only upon official deregistration and the processing of departure for permanent residence abroad. In the case of actual residence abroad without deregistration, such an advance is not due.

In Lutsk, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terehov named four conditions – safety, housing, salary, and infrastructure – under which Ukrainians will stop leaving the country. He also called for creating a state housing provision program for IDPs and strengthening support for business.

Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers lowered the age for independent consular registration of children abroad from 16 to 14, clarified the list of documents for legal representatives, and updated the citizen's record card by adding categories of vulnerable persons.

TV presenter Aleksey Sukhanov explained in an interview with RBC-Ukraine why, after 2022, he chose to live in Ukraine rather than emigrate to Europe: 14 years of working in the country, a destroyed Russian passport, and the principle that “you can’t enter without knocking.”
