RBC-Ukraine sources clarified: «Pelican», used in the overnight attack on Moscow, is a fixed-wing drone, not the FP-7 ballistic missile. As a result of the strikes, three units of Moscow NPPZ were hit, and hundreds of flights were cancelled at Russian airports.
