Ukraine's Ministry of Defense reported that the US and EU have agreed to provide nearly $6 billion for the procurement and modernization of air defense systems. The American share is $2.68 billion, and the European share is 3 billion euros under the Ukraine Support Loan.

The US State Department has approved a potential $2.68 billion air defense system sale to Ukraine. Financing will be mixed: European contributions and FMF funds, with the American contribution counted toward the Recovery Investment Fund on a 1:1 basis.
