🚨 Russia has created a 'Ukrainian Volunteer Special Forces Brigade' from prisoners of war. 📄 ISW confirms: the formation includes the Kryvonos and Berest battalions, as well as the Matrosov, Pushkar, and Slobodsky detachments. ⚖️ This is a gross violation of the Geneva Convention, which prohibits involving prisoners in combat. 🔥 More than 95% of POWs in Russia are subjected to torture.
