The main reason is data desynchronization between notaries and the tax authority, as well as errors with property registered through BTI before 2013. ⚖️ Lawyers advise: don't rush to court! It's long and expensive. It's better to file an application for data reconciliation with the STS — it's faster and more effective. #taxes #real_estate #courts #Ukraine #finance
