Ukrainian consulates abroad will no longer serve men of conscription age without military registration documents. The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a new verification procedure, obliging citizens to provide an e-MRD or its printout. Refusal of services is guaranteed in the absence of documents. 🇺🇦📄🚫
