"Kyivstar" expanded 4G coverage to 96.2% of Ukraine's population: what has changed for subscribers
"Kyivstar" announced that high-speed 4G internet is available to 96.2% of Ukraine's population. The operator was the first to complete the phase-out of 3G in August 2026, transferring more than a million subscribers to LTE.
