Ukrainian Defense Industry: $60 Billion Potential by End of 2026, but State Orders Cover Only a Third of Capacity
The production capacity of Ukraine's defense industry reached $35 billion per year by the end of 2025 and could grow to $60 billion by 2026. However, state funding covers only a third of the potential, and in the drone segment enterprises are capable of producing up to 8 million units annually without orders for the full volume.
