Ukraine Simplifies Changing the Grounds for a Mobilization Deferral: It Can Now Be Done Through CNAP
In Ukraine, the grounds for an existing mobilization deferral can now be changed through CNAP. CNAP receives the documents and forwards them to the TCRS, while the old deferral remains in effect until the new data is entered into the "Obereg" registry.
