Cabinet of Ministers expands insurance program for military risks for business: preferential loans, limits, and VAT increase
Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers expanded the insurance program for military risks for business, simplified the receipt of compensation, and launched preferential loans of up to 1 billion hryvnias for the fuel sector and processing. To finance the measures, the government is building a VAT increase to 21% into the 2027 budget.
