Britain Uses Protector Drone for the First Time to Monitor Russian Ships in the English Channel
The UK Royal Air Force used the Protector RG Mk1 drone for the first time to conduct operational surveillance of the Russian frigate Neustrashimyy and commercial vessels in the English Channel. Flights in September-October 2026 provided over ten hours of surveillance in coordination with fleet vessels.
