Kaja Kallas has proposed transferring cases of sanctions evasion against Russia and Belarus to the European Public Prosecutor's Office in Luxembourg. The initiative aims to eliminate discrepancies in law enforcement among the 27 EU countries and to strengthen pressure on Russia's war machine.
