At the end of August 2026, the borscht vegetable set in Ukraine is getting cheaper: potatoes cost around 19 UAH/kg, carrots — 25.65 UAH/kg. UCAB and AAC experts warn that from the beginning of November, when the market switches to greenhouse vegetables, prices may rise by 20–30% or more.
