Summer tires in winter: when a fine is actually threatened in Ukraine and when it is time to change tires
In Ukraine, there is no fixed date for switching to winter tires and no separate fine for summer tires. Liability occurs only for faulty wheels. It is advised to change tires at an average daily temperature of +7 °C.
