Tax on war-damaged housing: Ukraine's STA clarifies who and when is exempt from payment
Ukraine's STA has clarified the conditions for exemption from the real estate tax for owners of housing damaged as a result of hostilities. The exemption applies to Category II and III objects provided there is an entry in the state damage register.
