US President Donald Trump signed an AI safety agreement with tech giant leaders, describing it as a Constitution for artificial intelligence.

The Australian Parliament passed the News Bargaining Incentive Act, introducing a 2.5% tax on the ad revenue of tech giants (Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft) that refuse to sign agreements with local media. The levy can be avoided by reaching deals with at least eight publishers.
