Klitschko: 60% of Kyiv nursing homes connected to heat, Vilnius allocates €80k for solar panels
Kyiv Mayor Klitschko announced that 60% of nursing homes are connected to heat. One facility was equipped with generators, a water well, and 120 kW solar panels funded by an €80k allocation from the Vilnius municipality.
